MESA 850 backbone Processing machine. With reduced catch greater emphasis is placed on better yields from the material. MESA 850 meets these demands by separating the loin from the fish frame, cutting sounds and belly flaps from the backbones after splitting or filleting.
MESA 850 has variable speed for the transport of the backbone through the machine and it’s therefore easy to fit in with other machinery in the processing line.
